All our leather furniture is made to order, specifically crafted to your chosen style, leather selection, and size.
As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been confirmed.
Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your selections before placing your order, and feel free to contact us with any questions before you purchase.
If your furniture arrives with any damage caused during delivery, or if you discover a manufacturing defect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide photos of the issue and your proof of purchase
We will assess the claim and arrange for repair, replacement, or resolution in line with our Guarantee
Please note that natural variations in grain, colour, markings, and texture are part of the beauty and authenticity of genuine leather, and are not considered defects.
In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect product or a product with a clear fault:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
We will work with you to correct the order or resolve the issue appropriately.
Refunds (where applicable) will only be processed once returned goods have been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation.
