7. RISK AND TITLE

8. CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT RIGHTS

Cushion Stuffing – 8-Year Guarantee
- Excessive sagging or flattening
- Breakdown of materials under normal use
9.2 Warranty Conditions
- Normal household use only
- Proper care and maintenance required
- Warranty void if repairs attempted by others
- Proof of purchase required for warranty claims
9.3 Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse or abuse
- Accidental damage or stains
- Damage from pets or children
- Exposure to direct sunlight or UV rays, which may cause fading, drying, or cracking of the leather
- Exposure to direct sunlight or heat sources
- Commercial or industrial use

- Protect from excessive heat and sunlight

- Annual maintenance recommended for optimal longevity
- Maintenance costs not covered under warranty
11. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
